Year 6 – Useful Information

Below is an outline of events which we will endeavour to stick to! Please ensure your child has a P.E. kit in school on Wednesdays for their allocated session with the P.E. Coach.
Please ensure spelling books are in school on Wednesday for their test and so new spellings can be stuck in. We recommend that children have their spelling book in school every day so they can practise at school. Children who have completed their spellings to a good standard will be rewarded with extra break and a text will be sent home.
Reading records are checked on Thursdays – three signatures are needed for a sticker on their chart. When children complete their chart, they will receive a book of their choice from our reading spine. This year, our prize will be a book of their choice from our book spine, or a related title that they have enjoyed reading in class.
